  17. If You are a Compuserve Member, it is simple.  Go SWREG, and enter  
  18. the appropriate information.  The SWRegID is in the forum  
  19. (probably VBPJ Forum 12) where you downloaded this file.  When I  
  20. am notified of your registration, you will be sent the appropriate  
  21. file(s). 
  22. If You are not a CompuServe member, Then Send $20 (Cheap! compared  
  23. to some of the other program that produce less visually appealing  
  24. forms and cost 5 to ten times more) to the above address, stating  
  25. you wish to register the program.  Non US Orders please include an  
  26. extra $1.50 for postage.
